Responsibilities: • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness • Greet Clients & Vendors • Social Media and Marketing/Design Skills • Arrange conference calls and meetings • Plan and set up events • Answer multi-line phone system • Attention to Details and Deadlines a Must • Maintain retention program for vendors • Maintain and order supplies Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields • Strong organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask. • Strong attention to customer service Compensation: $27,500 - $31,500 yearly
