Responsibilities: The First Impression Concierge is responsible for overseeing the front office, greeting clients, answering phones, handling all incoming and outgoing office correspondence, data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar along with our training events and assisting other team members in various projects.We're seeking a professional, detail orientated, high energy individual with great organizational skills. Qualifications: • Must be Microsoft Office proficient • Must have great customer service skills • Must be a team player • Must be willing to learn Compensation: $26,000 - $29,000 yearly
