    This position is available for one of the top Keller Williams teams in Indianapolis. We strive to provide clients with premier customer service, no matter where they're at in their home journey. A Transaction Coordinator on our team is an individual who displays excellent customer service skills and has a high ability to effectively communicate. The Transaction Coordinator is self-motivated, able to work well independently, and is extremely focused on details with a high level of accuracy. This team member is calm and cool under pressure, resilient, adaptable to change, and solutions-oriented. They enjoy being part of a team, working collaboratively to achieve goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The TC is able to set priorities, plan, and organize tasks in a focused, timely manner. This individual must be detail-oriented, highly reliable, a team player, and have strong follow-through. Responsibilities: Transaction Coordinating: • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage lenders during the entire process of a real estate sale • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions • Communicate with client and agent regularly throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, transaction steps, etc. • Coordinate inspection and assist with the appraisal • Coordinate closing date, time, and location and notify all parties • Generate referrals and collect reviews from all pending clients • Prepare all closing needs (commission information, closing documents, and closing gifts) • Pick up closing items/drop off lockbox/signs if asked/needed • Closeout all transaction files after the closing • Responsible for data entry in databases and tracking reports after-sale • Work to refine and improve contract to close checklists • Any additional tasks relating to a transaction Administration: • Attend all weekly team meetings and the annual retreat • Create and implement personal 4-1-1 goals • Attend weekly KW business meetings, professional development, and trainings • Scrub databases - get all birthdays, email addresses, phone numbers, contact info., etc • Inventory signs and lockboxes • Coordinate agents' calendars for appointments, showings, closings, drop-offs/pick-ups • Assist DOO with client events, giveaways, and marketing needs • Assist team with any additional tasks as needed Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills: • Excellent at building rapport • High attention to detail and deadlines • People-oriented • Versatile, adaptable, and reliable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills • Learning-based • Licensed or willing to obtain real estate license • Comfortable working in Google Drive and on Microsoft Office applications • Does whatever it takes to assist the team - prep all documents needed, deliver signs, lockboxes, etc. Compensation: • Compensation range, pay based on experience • Bank holidays and 10 vacation days • Extensive industry training available Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
