    This part-time (30 hours per week) executive assistant position is with one of the top Keller Williams teams in Indianapolis. Goals: • Provide five-star client experiences for all clients resulting in five-star reviews & referrals to the team • Communicate with our clients, agents, and business affiliates routinely • Take ownership of detailed tasks for transaction coordination, listing input, and market so that Agents can do their 'One Thing:' Lead Generate. Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination: • Communicate with clients, co-agents, and affiliated business partners • Manage real estate transaction processes and client management systems • Review contracts and audit paperwork • Act as the first point of contact for client and affiliate questions and/or concerns with 24-hour response time to emails • Create and organize files for clients • Implement all systems and checklists • Provide weekly updates to clients (Friday File Check-Ins) • Update tracking sheets • Generate reviews and referrals from clients Listing: • Adhere to pre-listing checklist • Input listings into MLS with review by Team Leader or Director of Operations • Assist Team Leader with the delivery of signs, flyers, etc. • Put together listing packets Marketing: • Schedule marketing • Assist with monthly newsletters • Send out Command e-mails and texts • Assist with client event coordination, reverse BOLD, and quarterly pop-ins • Maintain inventory of client gifts/branded items and order Miscellaneous: • Complete Command Tasks daily/weekly - home anniversary, birthday, etc. • Scrub Command database (quarterly) • Set appointments for Team Leader and Buyer's Agent • Track personal and professional goals (411 goals) • Attend all team meetings and weekly coaching • Attend KW business meetings, Professional Development, Ignite, training • Assists team with any additional tasks as needed Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills: • Adept with Google Drive (Calendar, Docs, Forms, Mail, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office • Excellent Communication - skilled at building communicating and building rapport • High attention to details and deadlines • Client and Agent Centric - client and agent service and experience is the #1 priority • Versatility and Adaptability - embrace change, open, and receptive to feedback • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills • Education oriented/learning based • Licensed or plans to obtain real estate license Compensation: $18,000 - $22,000
