Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license is required Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
