Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Coaching appointments • Help recruit new agents to the office • Weekly accountability with agents • Weekly coaches meeting • One on one coaching appointments • Help negotiate contracts Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • 20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS • Training experience • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Desire to grow real estate team • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $80,000 yearly
