Responsibilities: Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications: Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
