Responsibilities: Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Professional in attitude and appearance Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
