Office Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the New Hampshire area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate willing to go above and beyond - just like other team members. This role requires working from 10 am to 2 pm, with the flexibility to stay longer if needed and will report directly to the Director of Operations. Compensation: • $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities: Support team leaders with various daily tasks, such as: • Managing educational materials • Handling real estate documents • Extracting data from MLS systems • Ensuring the upkeep and accuracy of CRM Additional Responsibilities: • Procure office supplies as needed • Coordinate the purchase and delivery of client gifts • Arrange for the production and distribution of signs and marketing materials • Oversee management of our Phone.com account • Update podcast episodes and In Search Of (ISO) content • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of team birthday cards Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar proficiency • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently (self-starter) • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Previous experience in real estate is advantageous but not required • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly depending on experience
