Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000 (with bonus opportunities) • Paid Time Off • Insurance Stipend Responsibilities: Leadership: • Serve as the Human Resources Manager for the office, overseeing all aspects of the hiring and termination processes, including the 30-60-90 onboarding. • Lead staff meetings and huddles to foster communication and collaboration among team members. • Provide guidance and leadership to staff members, including the MCA department, agent services, and hiring. • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of records for personnel ins and outs. • Manage the retention system and connected systems to enhance office efficiency. • Facilitate transfers and ensure accurate team agreements and records. • Act as the office liaison for broker and legal issues. • Represent staff on at least one committee. • Cultivate strong vendor relations, serving as the point person for new agreements, leases, or contracts. • Manage agent caps in the market center to ensure accuracy and timeliness of cap tracking. • Ensure on-time payroll completion twice per month. • Conduct timely daily huddles. • Oversee the project management system to drive key initiatives. • Ensure ins and outs are completed by the last business day of the month at 5 p.m. • Maintain open communication with the broker within 24 hours on any known issues. • Maintain working relationships with vendors to meet capture rate goals and service expectations. • Oversee documentation of all systems in line with organizational standards. Office Systems: • Maintain market center readiness and uphold the professional appearance of physical facilities. • Manage space rentals with agents, aiming to maintain a 95% office occupancy rate. • Assist the Team Leader in preparing for Team Meetings and ALC meetings, including content, presentations, and awards. • Manage the KPA system to track and improve performance. • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and ordered when needed. • Act as the quarterback for the office, ensuring all systems are documented and run efficiently in line with organizational standards. • Assist the Team Leader in implementing office policies and projects. • Serve as a backup for the MCA office. • Ensure office email and TL email are checked and responded to within 24 hours. Initiatives and Implementation: • Drive KWRI, EE, and Regional Initiatives through the staff and market center. • Collaborate with the Citywide Director of Technology to ensure technology implementation. • Ensure the implementation of Market Center Growth Initiative Tools, including Cap Management, Trends, Value Tools, pipeline, gross goals worksheet, Daily CO $ Tools, and Productivity Program Metrics. • Set and achieve goals as outlined during the introduction of new initiatives. • Complete GI tools as intended. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Proven leadership experience with a strong background in human resources and office management. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and systems (knowledge of Keller Williams systems is a plus). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Commitment to promoting a positive and collaborative office culture.
