The ideal candidate will have years of experience using various techniques to find candidates, going above and beyond. Compensation: • Expected First-Year Earnings: $150,000+ • Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate and comprehensive communication logs in the applicant tracking system. • Increase the use of outreach techniques to recruit candidates, including social media, open homes, job fairs, job boards, and intensive cold calling • Control the whole recruitment cycle (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification assessment, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow-up) for the direct hire of qualified people. • Create a pipeline of solid connections with elite talent and stay in touch with prospects and inactive candidates who could one day be a good fit. • Increase the number of options for finding candidates by utilizing top talent sources including universities, networking organizations, military sources, technical schools, and service providers.
