Responsibilities: Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Negotiating for buyers Qualifications: Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Excellent at building rapport • People-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills • Learning based • Able to build and lead a team • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred • 1–3 years of management experience preferred • Note - There is a required dress code. No athletic sneakers and no jeans. Professional dress required Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
