We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and promotion. Responsibilities: Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Be able to run a database of their own clients (our real estate agents) for their marketing needs and wants. • Design and run our website • Meet with Director of Operations weekly to discuss marketing plan and graphic content. • Create New Agent's Marketing Materials (email signature, business cards, flyers, and postcards) • Create graphics/flyers for upcoming featured classes and events Qualifications: Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Experience in Graphic design Compensation: $45,000-$50,000
