  • Responsibilities

    The Operations Manager-Controller will have oversight of finance, operations, and leadership for a growing real estate office in Burnsville, MN. Must have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. This position is also accountable for the accounting operations of the company. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk. They must be relaxed, steady, and work at a methodical pace while using proof/facts and a high level of objectivity/impartiality in their actions and decision-making. They must have the ability to work with facts and technical information, have strong attention to detail, be cooperative, and work “by the book.” They must establish and nurture personal relationships and must be comfortable with personal conflicts that may arise. The individual must be an independent decision-maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities. Responsibilities: • Managing finances (bookkeeping, AP, AR, purchasing, projections) • Budgeting and forecasting • Facilities management • Staff management • Technology oversight • Daily interactions with sales associates and staff • Anchor of the leadership team Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detailed • People-oriented • Happy, positive • Computer skills • Accounting • College Graduate • Full charge bookkeeper • 1–3 years of industry, service, administrative, and management experience • Computer skills Compensation: $55,000+
