As a leading real estate company, we are looking for an outgoing, respectful, and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can elevate our marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on design. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for managing social media platforms and statistics, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Build and manage a content calendar attracting a qualified audience. • Create a consistent marketing package for various channels (newsletter, email, social, video, websites, and value tools). Marketing Automation Optimization: • Optimize marketing automation through email, content, and social channels. Online Presence Management: • Manage online and social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant channels. Social Engagement and Network Exploration: • Explore new ways to engage and identify social networks to reach target agents. • Report monthly statistics for social media traffic and engagement. Collaboration and Coordination: • Meet weekly with the Agent Services Coordinator to discuss marketing plans and graphic content. • Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and leadership to understand their needs and provide creative solutions. Design Excellence: • Create visually stunning marketing materials with a focus on design. • Develop training calendar designs, weekly and monthly newsletters, and visually appealing event promotions. Event Planning and Branding: • Host and plan events to promote real estate services and foster community engagement. • Oversee a comprehensive marketing menu tailored for over 200 realtors, ensuring consistency with the brand and meeting unique agent needs. Project Management: • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating organization, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines. • Implement and create visions for various events, maintaining cohesive branding for agents and the market center. Qualifications: • Experience in Graphic design. • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape. • Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills. • BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. • 2+ years of social media experience Or Education plus some real-world experience. Experience : • Canva, FB Business, Instagram, YouTube, Adobe, Social Media Management. • Basic understanding of SEO. • Strategic thinker. • Innovative. • High attention to detail. • Ability to pivot and shift often. • Learning-based and coachable. Compensation: $55,000 yearly
