Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Lead generation • Closing sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
