Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Learn lead generation • Lead follow up • Set appointments • Close sales • Database systems mastery • Sales talk mastery • Execute appointments • Close appointments Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Show good organizational and time management skills • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Superb communication Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
