Responsibilities: • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Lead generation • Closing sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
