The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties and development opportunities side for your business. This position is commission only and you can learn to generate leads. Responsibilities: • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Lead generation • Database generation • Database systems • Set appointments • Close sales • Commercial sales script mastery Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Commercial real estate experience preferred Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
