Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Team and individual lead generation • Agent sales • Lead follow up • Database and CRM mastery • Developer and investor networking • Follow the plan • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
