We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent to lead our efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in our commercial transactions. The ideal applicant will be shrewd in assisting clients in finding key investment properties and development opportunities. Knowledge of the local real estate market and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships is a must. Compensation is commission-based. This position requires a current Real Estate License or the willingness and ability to get one. We can help you. Join our team and we’ll provide you with continuous in-person training seminars, mentoring and coaching. Administrative support, social media management and marketing materials are also included. Responsibilities: Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Skilled in industry practices and lease language Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Proven negotiating and communication skills Compensation: $60,000
