Job Description
Keller Williams Realty is looking for an individual who has an acute knowledge and passion for learning new techniques with the ability to be able to then teach what they have learned to our real estate agents.
Our company has a proprietary technology, called COMMAND, that is both consumer-facing through the agent app and then has a backend agent platform, which is all-encompassing for their real estate business. It is not just a CRM but has the ability to run social media ads which will then generate leads which are called "Campaigns", they can create custom marketing pieces similar to Canva called "Designs", they can create and launch custom "Smart plans" which are automate touch systems to their database, they can track their sales pipeline through "Opportunities", they can also run their entire team and execute all contracts for their sellers and buyers through one login.
In addition, this individual would need to be able to recruit agents for the office through their knowledge on our platform and will then be expected to help on-board these recruits into our system.
This individual should be driven, a self-starter who is goal-oriented and uses benchmarks to measure their growth towards hitting their goals. We are looking to have this person grow as a leader and one who develops great influence with our agents.
This is a very interactive position so you must have a love for helping others, a teacher’s heart, and a patient spirit.
COMPENSATION: $43,000 - $45,000 yearly
