    Job Description

    Keller Williams Realty is looking for a Accounting Bookkeeper (Market Center Administrator) to join our team in our Beverly and Salem offices. This person will manage all accounting and bookkeeping procedures to ensure Keller Williams Realty's overall financial health.

    The ideal candidate has a background in accounting and bookkeeping, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of regional laws/regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all accounting procedures and processes - Maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysis.
    • Ensure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, manage tax payments/returns and prepare for audits based on regional and industry-specific.
    • Provide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
    • Banking/Financial: Manage bank accounts, funds, and transfers.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Responsible for all compliance and required documentation per policy.
    • Accounts Payable: Review, monitor and pay approved expenses and post recurring entries.
    • ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: Post A/R.
    • Events and Training:   Review and coordinate contracts for events and training.  Oversee, coordinate and assist with planning and execution of events and training.
    • Payroll: Track, report and book payroll, PTO and employee benefits.
    • Transitioning/supporting Agents: Conduct/Oversee new agent training, orientation, and tech assistance. Answer agent questions.
    • File Management, Storage and Privacy:  Manage, store, monitor all files and staff work areas per policy. 
    • Office Appearance and Systems:  Responsible for the cleanliness, restocking of supplies, and proper function of all equipment. Responsible for following up on all technical/IT issues to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Communications Systems:  Responsible for all Market Center communication.

    Requirements:

    • Strong math skills
    • Knowledge of accounting principles
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Ability to handle information confidentially 
    • Familiarity with accounting software
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
