    We are looking for an assistant to our Transaction Coordinator in our high-volume real estate office in the heart of Beverly Hills. • Ready/ willing to learn in a fast-paced environment • Extremely organized and adaptable • Highly detailed with great time management skills • Responsible, dependable, and trustworthy • Strong communication who is excellent at interacting with others • Conscientious and professional • Problem solver who is helpful, willing, and calm Responsibilities: • Act as a liaison between agent, broker, escrow, and client. • Ensure compliance as related to contract and disclosure execution • Generate disclosures through CAR Zip forms • Calendar contingency dates, send reminders, and monitor files throughout the transaction • Gather all required documents and signatures • Submit completed file for broker review and compliance approval • Calculate submit commission breakdown on behalf of the agent • General office duties – phone, calendar, creating files, client communication, etc. • Input and management of information in online systems such as DocuSign, Dropbox, Command, etc. Qualifications: • Strong computer skills.Excellent in Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign and Zip forms • Experience/ Familiarity with real estate contracts • Experience in either real estate, mortgage, or escrow is a plus Compensation: $45,000
