For this role, those metrics include recruiting appointments, agent hires, retention of associates, revenue growth, and overall productivity and profitability of the organization. They use their knowledge, skills, and passion to consult with the top 20% of agents in our office to help them purposefully grow their wealth. Responsibilities: • Recruit sales associates – (set appointments, interview, select, hire/ influence, consult, contribute, partner) • Hire and grow the skills of the leadership team, staff and agents. • Embody, uphold share KWP’s value and opportunities story - in the marketplace especially - with all recruits, leadership and agents • Willingness to travel to required overnight leadership trainings and conventions throughout the year (some over weekends) • Lead sales and business meetings from the front of the room • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete • Oversee the training offered for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business • Exhibit enough behavioral flexibility, grit and determination to become and remain the best Qualifications: Required Communications/Interactions • Staff – Lead, set goals, plan, work collectively on projects, tasks, and events • KWP Sales Agents – Help them set goals, plan, train and develop their careers • Prospective Agents - Phone, email, texting, and social media for lead generation for booking recruiting appointments recruit through a consultative relationship based approach • Vendors – Solicit sponsorship opportunities • Operating Principal Market Center Administrator – Weekly meetings to monitor progress of key business growth metrics culture of the organization Management Responsibilities • Lead/supervise the Market Center Administrator • Consult with the Top 20% of KWP’s Sales Agents • Lead/consult the Market Center’s Agent Leadership Council • Conduct performance reviews of leadership team members Knowledge/Skills/Attitude • Above-average influence recruiting skills with DOCUMENTED top-producing sales and/or recruiting success track record in recent past • Public speaking, training, consulting coaching skills • Technology skills including Google Workspace Canva. Quick to learn new software and tech systems • Finds value in and craves continual growth and education • Leadership, management and team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, organizational and prioritization skills • Extraordinary people skills, including soft skills and high emotional intelligence • Proactive, positive attitude with problem solving skills • Career development and training skills a plus • Real estate knowledge and experience a plus but not required • Bachelor’s degree a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
