The Productivity Coach is a proven producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relishes seeing others achieve. The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. He/She is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the Team Leader’s direction and initiative. Together, the Productivity Coach and Team Leader work to increase the productivity of agents. They collaborate in finding candidates for coaching. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those agents to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions to success. Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement consequences. Additionally, Productivity Coaches work closely with the Team Leader to create and implement productivity events and the Market Center’s training calendar. Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results. PC's are authentic leaders. Responsibilities: Primary Objectives Increase productivity of agents through Productivity Coaching Set and achieve the standard that 50 percent or more of all of the Market Center’s agents are productive every monthDaily, Weekly & Monthly ActivitiesGuide agents in Productivity Coaching through establishing goals and writing a business planCoach these agents on the activities that will enable them to achieve their goalsMeet with agents in coaching to review their key numbers & hold them accountable to their actionsTrack agent results and share this information with the Team LeaderImplement regular productivity opportunities, including daily group lead generation Power HoursRecruit producing agents from outside the Market Center to KW & coaching program (20 per month)Support the Team Leader in generating, implementing, and distributing the monthly training calendarSupport and reinforce the Team Leader’s leadership throughout the Market CenterPromote Productivity Coaching at associate orientation, in team meetings, at real estate schools,Implement career nights, once monthlyParticipate in Career Development Committee of the ALC and/or other committeesRegularly attend training programsTravel to leadership and training opportunities (travel expense paid by the Market Center) Qualifications: Key SkillsSuperior goal setting, planning, accountability skillsStrong people skillsProblem-solving skillsProactive, positive attitudeLearning-based attitudeWilling to attain MAPS certification Compensation: $75,000+ commission plan
