Responsibilities: Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Always be networking to help acquire new business Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Team player invested in the success of others Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick on your feet and good at problem solving Self-motivated and self sufficient Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
