Responsibilities: • Participate in (remote) open houses and networking activities • Use our tools and systems in the field • Present and discuss strategic master marketing plan • Perform home evaluation reports Qualifications: • ACTIVE CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset • Ability to evaluate offer(s) and prepare “net sheet” on each for owner to compare Compensation: $50,000 + (commission based on performance)
