Responsibilities: Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Must have or be pursuing a real estate license Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired +1 year of real estate sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50,000
