Responsibilities: Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our team can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Primary duties include email communication, coordination and scheduling of meetings and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • • Daily prospecting and communication with multi-family investors and owners via phone, email, direct mail, and in-person meetings • Schedule appointments, support other office team members with prospect follow-through • Conduct daily market research (business journals, internet, newspaper, real estate publications, micro-economic market trends, value drivers, sales and rent comparable, etc • Contribute to direct marketing, including email marketing, mailers, newsletter, etc Qualifications: Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Highly motivated/self-starter • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience • Knowledge of business/sales principles • Excellent communication skills • Computer literacy • Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines and constantly changing deadlines Compensation: $35,000
