Responsibilities: Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Participate in weekly meetings and coaching program • Comfortable being on camera for virtual open houses and consultation • Social media savvy Qualifications: 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a California Real Estate License in good standing Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
