Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Compensation: $60,000+ (commission only based on performance)
