Responsibilities: • Attend buyer consultations and secure qualified buyer appointments • Oversee all aspects of buyers’ transactions including negotiating on buyers’ behalf • Attend closings • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to generate referrals • Call quickly on all sign calls, internet inquiries, and other leads • Run Open Houses at a high level • Follow up with all incoming leads • Lead generate with team weekly • Attend client events • Call our database to nurture monthly Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Flexible schedule • Willingness to convert leads into qualified appointments • Ability to multi-task and problem solve • Attention to detail and deadlines • Works well under pressure and is able to remain calm despite tight deadlines • Must be able to work in a professional-level environment and be a team player • Team Player! • High Energy! • Must be coachable! Compensation: $80,000+
