Responsibilities: The Marketing Coordinator needs the ability to manage a variety of tasks for departments within our market center, including: • Marketing with creating property marketing materials and managing social media • Education/Training with creating, maintaining, and distributing our daily/monthly training calendar and flyers • Office Operations with managing the organization of the office, greeting clients, and managing phones Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must The ideal candidate possesses the following traits and skills: • Self-motivated • Methodical, process-oriented • Likes order, organization, and thoroughness • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Visual with an eye for design • Strong sense of urgency in completing tasks • Diplomatic and tactful • Quick to pick up new ideas and concepts • Learning-based and solution-oriented • Positive and outgoing with a service-based attitude • Highly proficient in social media, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher • Skilled in the basics of PCs, Macs, and smartphones Compensation: $60,000 plus bonus potential
