At Keller Williams Realty Centre, you will play a vital role in assisting our agents in reaching their professional development and sales objectives as a Business Development Coach. This position is commission-based, so as you develop and grow your coaching program, there will be a good chance for income growth. Compensation: • As a Real Estate Business Development Coach, your income potential can reach $100,000 to $150,000 annually as you nurture and develop your coaching program, all driven by your performance-based earnings. As the Business Development representative of the office, your responsibilities include: • Holding agents in the program accountable in an empathetic manner • Continuously improving your coaching and leadership skills to effectively influence others • Becoming adept at asking questions that motivate agents to take action rather than simply telling them what to do Qualifications: • A genuine passion for coaching and helping others succeed • Experience in selling real estate with a strong understanding of real estate contracts • Ideally, at least 3 years of experience and an average annual sales volume of $5 million or more • Willingness to learn and teach our systems and models • Fearless attitude toward prospecting and recruiting agents • Excitement for leadership training and personal/professional growth • Strong influencing and motivational skills • Commitment to accountability in a supportive and empathetic manner • Eagerness to adapt and learn coaching and leadership skills Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
