    Who are we looking for? To support the expansion of our office, we are looking for our next Director of Sales and Growth / Team Leader! An energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated person is welcome to apply for a full-time position. Compensation: • Base Salary $100,000 • Expected First Year Earnings up to $200,000+ made up of salary and bonuses based on performance • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: Recruiting: ​ • Recruit top sales talent to meet the office’s quarterly and yearly quotas, and ensure clients receive exceptional service. – (interview, select, hire, onboard, coach into productivity) • Lead Generation/Recruiting of Sales Associates – To join Keller Williams • Schedule meetings, events, and more for recruiting efforts Agent Career Development and Leadership: ​ • Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business • Set yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily goals. Hold all Agents accountable to their goals (mentorship) • One-on-one accountability meetings weekly with the office team and the top 20% of agents • Lead monthly sales standup meetings, script practice, and lead-generation sessions • Consult, train, mentor, and coach Agents in real estate sales and revenue generation strategies • Assess and analyze business needs and make recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills • Evaluate and implement processes/systems to support greater levels of sustained sales and growth • Attend events and bring back new and improved ways of selling real estate Sales KPIs “Key Performance Indicators": • Drive Sales - Ensure all sales goals are being met. Establish individual and team performance targets • Lead management - Check daily activity, and set follow-up tasks. Lead Generate alongside Sales Associates • Collaborate with the Operating Partner, Director of Operations, and the Financial Team to ensure standards and expectations are being met Qualifications: • Recruiting!Training and guiding entrepreneurs to their highest potential • Proven track record in sales, ready to take your next step in leadership. (Real Estate preferred but not required) • Extraordinary people skills • Leadership, management, team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Proactive, positive attitude • Career development and training skills • Computer/technology experience preferred • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks • A valid Real Estate License Compensation: $200,000+ Expected First Year Earnings
