Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Independent and self motivated Compensation: $125,000+ at plan yearly
