We’re seeking a motivated Escrow Officer to join our well-established escrow team. You’ll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities: • Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner • Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts • Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders • Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately • Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors Qualifications: • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts • Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow • Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience — high school diploma required • Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Compensation: $50,000+ yearly
