The Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley North is responsible for the growth and development of the office through recruiting and consulting real estate agents. They also oversee the day-to-day operations of the Market Center and lead the leadership team on site.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Recruit real estate sales associates and attract talent
• Oversee recruiting systems of sales associates with a focus on top producers
• Share Brokerage value story with recruits, leadership and associates
• Master Keller Williams systems, models and technology to oversee the implementation of a world class training calendar and opportunity map for the growth and development of sales associates in key areas of business
• Lead sales and business meetings, trainings and masterminds
• Coach and consult with associates and business owners

Quoted Salary Range is base plus bonus potential
