    V & Co, led by Julie VanDerostyne with Keller Williams Realty, is a top real estate team in Minneapolis, selling around 100 homes a year and specializing in working with new construction homes in Richfield and South Metro. We are hiring a dynamic administrative/marketing coordinator to assist us in taking our systems, operations, and brand to the next level. You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media engagement. The opportunity also entails database management, client care, transaction coordination, reporting, and tracking team numbers and analytics. The ideal candidate for this position holds an active MN Real Estate License, balances creativity with structure, embraces growth and creating strategies for higher-level efficiencies, and a collaborative work environment. (This is an in-office position) Responsibilities: • Create polished and on-brand marketing materials and collateral for social media posts, newsletters, downloads, and presentations. • Create and execute advanced workflows for additional engagement and lead flow through social media and other lead-generating platforms. • Report on statistics and analytics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation. • Manage and update the database, including executing email campaigns, communicating with clients and prospects, and creating follow-up workflows for the team to convert leads. • Organize and promote the Parade of Homes, client events, and philanthropic opportunities for the team. • Enhance advanced client care, building relationships, and transaction coordination processes. • Manage real estate transactions from contract to close. • Respond to emails for the team lead and provide daily task lists for success. Qualifications: • 2 years or more working as an assistant, executive assistant, marketing field, or project manager. • Active MN Real Estate License Preferred. • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and experienced communicator with solid project management skills • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Knowledge of working with Google, Canva, ads across social platforms, and creating and enhancing a target audience. • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
