    CEO In Training Internship Learn the skills of phone prospecting in order to achieve a successful real estate career or become the CEO a top Kansas City Real Estate brokerage with cutting edge technology and highly sought after unifying culture. Must have a can-do spirit and not be opposed to making a lot of phone calls. Must be available to come to the office in Prairie Village, KS and have four day-time hours available four days a week. Compensation is based on results. At the end of a successful internship, we will assist you in launching your real estate career. Responsibilities: Build new, genuine relationships Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM • Create relationships through phone prospecting • Track goals and conversion results • Maintain a lead pipeline • Be able to think on your feet by overcoming common objections Qualifications: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Sales experience helpful Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people • Real Estate license is not immediately required
