    INSIDE SALES AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION

    As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas, you will prospect for and acquire new clients daily from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by a respected Las Vegas real estate firm that has been in the market for over 25 years. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. MUST be willing to get an NV Real Estate License. Strong customer service skills are required. We are looking for a fun, warm, and friendly person who can systematically work leads and understand a database's value. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. You will assist customers in finding the home of their choice and showing homes, as needed. Keller Williams Las Vegas provides all training necessary to perform in the ISA position successfully.

    A draw salary will be provided for this position until the candidate builds up their sales commissions.
