    We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes • Assist new Keller Williams associates with technology setup, fostering relationships to drive adoption of new and existing technology through ongoing support • Present online and in-person product training • Provide exceptional customer service to requests received via all mediums (email, phone, social media, and chat) • Agent onboarding support with the Welcome Manager • Manages all special events and training at the market center • Create marketing materials, drafts emails, press releases, awards, and flyers for your Market Center • Consistently contacts agents • Represent the Keller Williams culture and values • Follow up with Realtor candidates for the office • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events • Deliver concierge-level customer service to our agents • Understand KW systems and modules and be able to teach and support agents on the systems Qualifications: • Weekend and evening availability • Must have high school diploma or GED • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • FL Real Estate License preferred • High School Diploma required • College Degree preferred Compensation: $15 - $18
