The Team Leader is a natural teacher/consultant and is responsible for hiring, coaching, training, teaching, and inspiring others. This leader is personally invested (financially and otherwise) in the growth of the agents, and the Market Center, and after reaching the goals, will have the opportunity to grow additional opportunities inside and outside of their office. Responsibilities: Primary Job Responsibility: • Recruitment for office • Establishing relationships with top producing agents and showing them the proven and effective KW business models to bring them into the KW Family • Living the culture that is KW and allowing top agents to see how being a part of KW will grow their business and lead to a life by design • Offering an unmatched technology platform that will allow the agent to focus on the fundamentals of a successful real estate business: Leads, Listings, and Leverage Other Responsibilities: • Analyze the market, develop and implement strategies for transitioning agents • Cultivate & nurture relationships with the top producers in the area • Ensure consistent and clear communication with Leadership Team and Stakeholders • Work aligned with the Market Center Administrator to ensure retention and profitability • Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop solutions to meet growth and retention goals • Ensure the market center is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses • Work with Productivity Coach and an Agent Leadership Council to attract, recruit and retain talent • Lead Weekly Business Meetings • Lead Daily Team Huddles • Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs • Work with the Executive Team to obtain the necessary resources to achieve objectives • Serve as a liaison by representing Market Center to the public/other agents/brokerages Qualifications: Knowledge / Skills: • Extraordinary people skills • Leadership, management, and team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Recruiting and/or sales experience • Career development, business acumen, and training experience • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate • Track record of success • If within KW: Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all aspects of real estate; and KW models and systems Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ yearly
