We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We are looking for dynamic self-motivated agents to join our fast-growing team with opportunities to be part of several segments such as the House of Excellence KW Luxury brand realtors, Sports, and Entertainment, and/or KW Commercial realtors. Responsibilities: • Follow up on leads in your pipeline and our agents' pipelines daily, and seek out new business. • After familiarizing yourself with our automated systems and procedures, you may start scheduling appointments right away. • Create business prospects in the regions where our team provides services. • Reach productivity, appointment-making, and revenue goals while providing prompt and effective customer service. • Primary duties include outbound texting, calling, and e-mail communications with both warm and hot leads in our CRM • Coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practices memorizing and internalizing scripts to seem like natural conversations • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary • Dedicated to assisting both buyers and sellers in achieving their objectives • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent people skills • Be Independent and self-motivated and a self-starter • Need to be Decisive and proactive • Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) Compensation: $55,000 - $200,000 yearly
