    We are seeking a leader who is excited to help build, launch, relaunch, and grow our real estate agents' business for our KW Plantation office in South Florida. The right candidate for this role must like for others to win at a high level. They must have the proven ability to train, lead, coach, and motivate both new and experienced real estate agents. The right candidate must be able to thrive in a start-up environment with constant changes and new goals for agent(s) to achieve. They must be able to follow and improve upon existing systems and models as well as contribute to the creation of new ones to allow for growth and profit in conjunction with other team members and leaders in the office. Candidates will be responsible for tracking production and metrics of success for all agents in their program and must be able to analyze numbers for opportunities and lead accordingly. Candidates must also be able to hold the agents accountable to goals and assist them in achieving their productivity goals. This role operates in conjunction as a member of the leadership team for a fast-growing organization and can grow into significant opportunities internally. We are seeking a hard worker, thus you MUST be a team player, possess leadership qualities, be goal-oriented, self-driven, positively motivated, and have high energy. Base pay and bonuses based on performance as measured by agent production are offered for this full-time role. Responsibilities: • Hold agents accountable to their production goals • Get new agents into production • Help in creating the training calendar • Help agents increase efficiency in agent business • Help increase the bottom line / income for the office through agent production Qualifications: • Current Real Estate License is a must • A track record of accomplishments through others • Previous productivity coaching experience is preferred • Tech Savvy • Systems Orientated • Team Player • Communication Skills • Time Management Skills • High Energy • Effective listening is a must Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
