    Broward County Keller Williams, a leading real estate company, is seeking an Agent Services Coordinator to join our team in our Plantation, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and service to our agents, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed. You’ll also be a go-to leader in our real estate office and should serve as a trusted source of information for our agents. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, providing exceptional customer service and support • Assist with onboarding new agents and ensuring they have access to necessary tools and resources. • Have 1 on 1 appointments with the agents to help them with KW Command Technology and their first 100 Days. • Provide Tier 1 technical support for the Market Center, including assistance with printer setup and basic computer troubleshooting. • Co-manage/or manage the Market Center’s social media accounts • Daily operational duties within the office such as mail, coffee, ordering supplies for the office, answering phones, etc. • Manage all new associate intake paperwork and facilitate daily Market Center activities in collaboration with the MCA, Team Leader and other team members. • Assist with training coaching agents on company tools and resources. • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. • Responsible for designing and managing the training calendar, including inputting all relevant information and working closely with the Market Center leadership team and training committee. • Review the office vital signs to gain a deep understanding of the market center’s technology and gaps and identify opportunities to develop training and education initiatives to support improvement in agent retention and agent growth. • Provide support and/or organize a wide range of Market Center events, including RED DAY, training sessions, food drives, and BOLD lunch coordination, among others. • Provide support in hosting small training events for the agents within the Market Center • Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly calls with the regional leadership team, international leadership team and the market center leadership team. • Effectively communicate all upcoming training and events to agents in a timely manner via Whatsapp, TextEmAll, Email and Social Media • Collaborate weekly with the Marketing Director to ensure clear and effective marketing strategies for all upcoming training and events. • Regularly meet with the Leadership team to review KPIs and track progress toward organizational goals. • Become proficient in our proprietary real estate technologies, including Keller Cloud, KW Command MC, KW Command and local MLS systems by studying, understanding and effectively communicating their features and benefits Qualifications: • Candidate must be tech-savvy • Skilled in social media (particularly Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Groups and Pages) • Skilled in working with G-Suite, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, to collaborate with team members and complete business tasks • College degree preferred but not required • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment and/or administrative support role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Familiarity with the real estate industry and related software tools is a plus Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
