Agent Services Manager

Real Estate contract/transaction experience is required. They also must show initiative and are willing to take charge with some supervision. This person is a supporting role in the office and will achieve success by assisting and empowering the agents. Much of the assistance that Agent Services offers is technological support with the specific KW programs that the agents are using, so a higher-level understanding of technology is required. Responsibilities: Give creative ideas for marketing purposes Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills Manage the activities and performance of the sales team Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps Develop and identify new business opportunities • Guide agents through the first 90 days in the market center • Assisting new agents through the onboarding process and helping agents get into production quickly • Guiding agents to the appropriate training classes based on experience • Organizing, Coordinating, and Marketing KW Events and training • Train weekly on the KW Agent Technological Systems • Assisting with Social Media • Celebrating agent successes • Marketing the office to new recruits • Consult agents on the models and systems to run a highly productive business • Oversee the daily operations of the company Qualifications: Proven success as a Sales Manger or team lead Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards Team leadership ability Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Excellent customer service skills • Real Estate experience and knowledge • Tech Savvy: willingness to learn new systems to then train the agents on how to use them • Positive attitude!
