As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will utilize your expertise in the real estate market to guide clients through the entire process, from initial consultations to closing transactions. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include: • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels • Conducting property showings and tours • Negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of clients • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients • Staying up to date on market trends and property values • Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets Qualifications: Requirements: • Active real estate license in Wisconsin • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods • Experience with CRM software and other real estate tools is a plus Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 per year
