Responsibilities: Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiating skills Independent and self motivated Have a good sense of marketing, sales and advertising Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
